SINGAPORE (Reuters) – A U.S. guided missile destroyer’s lethal collision with an oil tanker close to Singapore in 2017 was brought on by “a sudden flip” made by the warship that put it within the path of the industrial vessel, stated a report by the Singapore authorities on Thursday.
