“Bodies” on Netflix: A Spoiler-Free Review

If time travel is added to a detective thriller, then the movie/web series will be unstoppable. Similar happened to Stephen Graham’s “Bodies”, which is now available on Netflix from October 19. The latest series is based on a novel written by Si Spencer. The story revolves around a body that was found by four detectives in the exact same location across four different timelines: 1890, 1941, 2023, and 2053.

Created by Paul Tomalin and directed by Marco Krueszpaintner and Haolu Wang. bodies starred Jacob Fortune-Lloyd, Shira Haas, Amaka Okafor, Kyle Soller, and Stephen Graham. One body is discovered from four different timelines indicating a conspiracy that lasted over a century. It is very interesting to see how a body connects the different timelines. The body is extended into a conspiratorial web that is all connected to a catastrophe that was scheduled to occur in 2053. With every investigation, they’ll solve a puzzle and find a clue for the audience. However, the clues are hard to share because they are operating from different centuries.

As the mystery unfolded, investigators found that all the murders were linked to an enigmatic political leader – Elias Mannix (Stephen Graham). Who is Elias? A murderer? Victim ? or some sinister? You have to travel to find the answer.

“Bodies” is now streaming on Netflix from October 19. If you love crime thrillers, it’ll be a perfect match for you.
