Real Madrid Released Statements Over Three Arrested Players

According to Spanish news website El Confidencial, three Real Madrid players were arrested on Thursday after being accused of sharing a sexual video that includes an underage girl.

The media outlet informed that the players were arrested after the mother of an underage teenage girl went to the police to claim one of the girls in the video was her daughter and after filming the sexual video, they sent it to one another.

The investigation is directed by Civil Guard officers in Gran Canaria as the complaint was lodged in Mogan in the south of the island on September 6.

The identity of the three players was not disclosed to the public but it is said that one of them is a youth player, one is a reserve team player, and the last one is a “third team” player.

Although, no initial proof has been provided to the police to back up the claim. But as per El Confidencial, police sources suspect that there could be several other players involved in this case including a few first-team players.

Real Madrid has issued a statement that four youth team players had been questioned by police. The video was leaked through the WhatsApp messaging system.
