Tomb Raider: The Legend of Lara Croft was Revealed in Netflix’s Drop 01 livestream

Tomb Raider: The Legend of Lara Croft, the new anime developed by Legendary Television was unveiled Drop 1 livestream of Netflix. It is an event where the streamers give hints to the audience about upcoming shows including video game adaptations like Devil May Cry.

Unlike the brief DMC anime teaser trailer that doesn’t share much information about the show, Tomb Raider shares substantial information about what the viewers can expect.

The show will be based on the events after Crystal Dynamics’ video game reboot trilogy. British-American actress Hayley Atwell will give her voice to the video game Heroin.

Back in 2021, it was rumored that Netflix was working on a Tomb Raider anime. According to Deadline, the show was green-lit after the culmination of Crystal Dynamic’s Shadow of the Tomb Raider.
